Hi-Low Cardio Upper/Lower Body: Basic aerobics moves plus upper/lower body muscle conditioning using weight room machines, free weights or band chairs.

Zumba Gold: A fun filled, safe and easy to follow latin dance program created for the active older adult and appropriate for all fitness levels.

Zumba: A fun filled latin dance inspired total body workout.

Silver & Fit: Total body strengthening exercises are alternated with various agility cardio exercises that improve quick navigation and motion in all directions.

Tai Chi Chih: Slow paced, focusing on relaxation, breathing, and core through traditional poses.

Easy Does It Yoga:  A great class for beginners. Focusing on flexability, breath and relaxation uses a chair for seated exercises and standing support for traditional/ basic poses. Good for any level.

 


Closed toe exercise shoes are required for all active classes and use of weight room area. Towel and water are recomended
